• Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have managerial experience.
• Experience in supporting children with SEND/ASL needs.

Are you a Qualified Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Quedgeley Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and pursue a promotion!
We currently have two positions available, one in our baby room and the other in our pre-school room.

Some of the responsibilities of a Senior Room Manager at Busy Bees include:

• Being the third in charge at the nursery, working closely with the nursery management team.
• As a keyworker, ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
• Taking ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encouraging and praising children’s development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
