Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, drive the Bee Curious curriculum, and ensure high standards of care and learning across the centre. This leadership role requires inspiring and mentoring Room Leaders, safeguarding wellbeing, and building strong relationships with parents.

Located in Oxfordshire, the nursery offers supportive development opportunities and a vibrant, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
