Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader in Corby to oversee multiple rooms, ensure seamless educational strategies, and inspire a high-performing team. You will lead planning, adapt the Bee Curious curriculum, and mentor Room Leaders to deliver consistent care and learning.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Join Busy Bees at our Corby Priors Hall nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity of 120 children. Our purpose-built centre is located in the heart of the Priors Hall estate, providing an ideal environment for children to thrive. What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
