Busy Bees Warwick is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee several rooms and ensure consistent educational strategies across the centre. You will lead planning, mentor Room Leaders, and safeguard children while building strong parent relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, curriculum development, and high standards of care, with part/full-time options and a focus on staff development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, adapting to support those with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
