Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, align educational strategies, and drive a cohesive learning experience for children. You will mentor Room Leaders, focus on safeguarding, and build strong parent partnerships to support each child’s development.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, high standards, and ongoing professional development within our busy UK nurseries network.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Job description

As a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Busy Bees Chingford, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 108 children and is beloved by both parents and children alike.
