Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Room Leader for our Huntingdon centre. You will oversee multiple rooms, lead the delivery of the Bee Curious curriculum, and inspire your team to achieve high standards of care and learning. You will plan and execute age-appropriate activities while ensuring strong partnerships with families.

The role emphasizes leadership, health and safety, and the ongoing development of staff and children in a supportive, vibrant environment.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 qualification in early years education is required.

As a Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a leadership role where you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning., Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering childrens development and creating positive relationships with families.
