Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, and ensure high standards of care and learning across the centre.

You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, act as Key Person for a group of children, track progress with parents, and uphold health and safety. A supportive environment and access to our Bee Curious curriculum await.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

• As a Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a leadership role where you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning., Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
