Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell is a Busy Bees nursery dedicated to giving children the best start in life through playful teaching, responsive interactions, and engaging environments. The centre, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 93 children and a friendly, passionate team focused on growth and development.

You will serve as Room Leader, planning activities, maintaining safety, and guiding your team to deliver high-quality care and education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, supervisory experience advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
• Make a positive impact on young learners.

Job description

As a Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a leadership role where you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
