Busy Bees in Harlow is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring that the Bee Curious curriculum is embedded across the centre and that every child receives high-quality care. You will mentor Room Leaders, plan and deliver engaging activities, safeguard children, foster strong relationships with parents, and ensure health and safety compliance throughout the setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.

What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
