A leading nursery in Manchester is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to join their team. This role involves supervising staff, delivering quality care to children, and ensuring a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and proven leadership experience, with a passion for inspiring others.
Nursery: Old Crofts Bank Urmston, Manchester, M41 7AA
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: From £13.10 - £13.50 an hour dependent on experience and qualifications

About you
You are a Level 3 or above qualified, SeniorEarly Years Educator / Senior Practitioner / Senior Nursery Nurse / Room leaderor similar who thrives onleading by example, and inspiring others to be the best that they can be.
You lovesupporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children, and motivatingothers to do the same.
You have a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you willdeliver care to the children whilst alsosupervising your team.
You will identify areas for improvements whether that relates tolearning and teaching techniques or,creating morestimulatingexperiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
You will beresponsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
