We are looking for a Private Duty LPN/RN in Manchester, MO

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and revising the care plan
  • Provide nursing care per the physician’s treatment plan and client’s payer authorization
  • Monitor, record, and report treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel
  • Provide ongoing instruction to clients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Record patient condition and care services in electronic charts
  • Participate in educational programs, quality assessments, and staff meetings
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
