The successful candidate will lead a team, drive improvements, and ensure high standards of care, learning, and regulatory compliance in early years settings.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
