Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Unit Manager for Havenmere in Immingham. You will lead the unit’s nursing and care team, ensuring delivery of person-centred care on your designated unit, under the Clinical Nurse Manager.

You will have a first-level nursing registration (NMC PIN) and previous management or supervisory experience. The role involves medication oversight, risk management and ongoing staff development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Post-registration management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good digital literacy and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the unit's care and nursing teams to meet medical, physical and emotional needs.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards of care and drive improvements.
• Oversee clinical elements and risks within the unit.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are updated in a timely manner.
