Exemplar Health Care’s Havenmere care home in Immingham is seeking a Unit Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to lead nursing and care teams on a 42-hour week with day and night shifts. The role requires a valid NMC PIN and post-registration management experience.

You will oversee clinical governance, care plans and medication management, in a supportive environment with clear career development paths.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMC PIN and be registered as a nurse.
• Post-registration management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead your unit's care and nursing teams to meet medical, physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Maintain and develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks for your unit.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed timely and reflect interventions.
• Act as Named Nurse for residents, overseeing care profiles.
• Supervise and manage medication ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal.
