Exemplar Health Care's Willowbeck care home in Sheffield is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead a team of nurses and care colleagues on night shifts, ensuring high standards of care and quality delivery. You will be the Named Nurse for residents, drive clinical governance, oversee care plans, and manage medication processes while supporting a skilled team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates and HCAs.

• First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
• Post-registration and management or supervisory experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care and nursing team on night shift to meet medical, physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain and develop high standards of care and drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and policies (observation, handover, care planning, risk assessment).
• Act as Named Nurse for assigned residents with oversight of care profiles.
