Job summary

Egis is recruiting a Project Integration Manager to support a major UK Small Modular Reactor programme and cross‑functional delivery across nuclear, environment and energy projects. You will coordinate interfaces, dependencies and actions, bringing structure to complex stakeholder environments.

You will work with Project Controls and governance processes to ensure visibility, escalation, and timely decisions, while promoting continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, engineering or related field.
• Professional project management qualification is desirable.
• Experience in major infrastructure, energy or nuclear projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and continuous improvement of the project integration capability.
• Manage integration workstreams, interfaces and dependencies across internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross‑boundary interfaces, dependencies, assumptions, actions and decisions with clear ownership and progress tracking.
• Prepare concise integration updates for governance forums and senior decision‑making.
• Promote consistent cross‑functional ways of working and capture lessons learned.
