Egis UK seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex workstreams on one of the UK’s most significant new nuclear programmes. You will provide visible leadership across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and commercial performance, directing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and construction to deliver modular components safely, on time and within budget.

You will align teams around key milestones, manage governance forums, and report concisely

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading major projects or complex workstreams in nuclear, energy, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong command of scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, governance and performance reporting.
• Assured leader who can create clarity, set expectations and bring multidisciplinary teams together around shared outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior clients, challenge constructively and communicate complex issues clearly and decisively.
• Understanding of commercial and supplier management and balancing delivery priorities with contractual, safety, quality and regulatory obligations.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex project workstreams from objective translation to scope, plans and milestones.
• Establish and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, resource plans and performance baselines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces across engineering, commercial, supply chain and wider programme functions.
• Own project risk, opportunity, change and dependency management and intervene to protect outcomes.
• Provide concise, decision-ready reporting to senior stakeholders with clear recovery actions when required.
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners against contractual commitments and maintain strong commercial relationships.
• Champion safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement across the project.
