Job summary

Egis UK is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead complex workstreams on a major new nuclear programme. You will provide visible leadership across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and commercial performance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing suppliers to deliver modular components on time and within budget.

You will influence senior clients, articulate clear plans, and drive delivery in a highly regulated environment while promoting safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading major projects or complex workstreams in nuclear, energy or infrastructure.
• Experience in client-side, advisory or programme leadership is desirable.
• Ability to demonstrate governance, performance reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex project workstreams with clear scope and milestones.
• Maintain integrated schedules, budgets, resource plans and baselines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, supply chain and wider programme functions.
• Own risk, opportunity, change and dependency management to protect outcomes.
• Provide concise reporting to senior stakeholders with clear recovery actions.
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners against contractual commitments.
• Champion safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
