Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major nuclear delivery programme. You will drive end-to-end execution, align multidisciplinary teams, and manage scope, schedule, cost and risk to meet milestones.

This senior role requires strong stakeholder engagement with clients and partners, a robust governance mindset, and a focus on safety, quality and delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major projects in nuclear, energy, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong command of scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, governance and performance reporting.
• Ability to influence senior clients and communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex project workstreams with clear scope and milestones.
• Establish and maintain integrated schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, supply chain and construction.
• Own risk, opportunity, change and dependency management with proactive actions on critical issues.
• Provide concise, decision-ready reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
