Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex workstreams on a major UK nuclear programme. You will provide visible leadership across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and commercial performance, guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful, on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, governance, supplier management and a strong safety culture within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading major projects or complex workstreams in nuclear or highly regulated environments.
• Strong command of scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, governance and performance reporting.
• Able to influence senior clients and communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex project workstreams with clear scope and milestones.
• Maintain integrated schedules, budgets, resource plans and baselines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, supply chain and assurance."
• Own risk, opportunity, change and dependency management and drive recovery actions.
• Provide concise reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
