Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead within the Nuclear team in the Energy Transition & Utilities practice. Based in Manchester or other UK hubs, you will drive high-profile projects, shape strategy, and grow client relationships across civil nuclear domains.

You will collaborate with civil, digital, and technology experts, coaching junior colleagues and contributing to business development while maintaining delivery excellence and a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil nuclear sector across engineering, construction, operations, commissioning and decommissioning.
• Strong consulting track record in a major firm or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent commercial understanding and ability to leverage networks for growth.
• Proven ability to drive improvement initiatives across the nuclear lifecycle.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization to gain support for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile nuclear energy projects and shape strategy for growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil engineering, digital, and emerging technologies.
• Lead delivery teams to improve project execution and operational performance.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Coach and develop junior team members and embody Capgemini values.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
• Identify and pursue new nuclear opportunities proactively.
• Travel-flexible assignments in the UK and abroad as needed.
