Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Energy Transition & Utilities practice in Glasgow, London, or Manchester. The role leads advisory and transformation services in the nuclear sector, engaging with clients and delivering cutting-edge consulting solutions across Energy Networks, Energy Retail, and Nuclear.

You will shape strategy, drive growth for the nuclear business, manage client engagements, and mentor junior staff while building senior client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil nuclear sector (engineering, construction, operations, commissioning, decommissioning).
• Excellent consulting skills from a major consulting firm or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile nuclear energy projects that support the UK in achieving a sustainable energy future.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of experts across disciplines including civil engineering and emerging tech.
• Engage with clients at all levels, leading delivery teams to improve project execution and performance.
• Shape strategy and drive growth for the nuclear business.
• Manage client engagements throughout the civil nuclear lifecycle.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Coach and develop junior team members, modeling company values.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
