Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a senior leader to head a nuclear advisory and transformation practice. You will drive major engagements across the civil nuclear lifecycle, shaping growth and building senior client relationships while coaching junior colleagues.

You will collaborate with engineers, digital specialists and operations experts to deliver high-impact solutions, while expanding Capgemini Invent’s client base in energy transition and nuclear assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent consulting skills with experience in a major consultancy or industry with a consulting background.
• Strong commercial and business understanding with ability to leverage networks for revenue growth.
• Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organisation and secure support for delivering solutions.
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills, leading and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile civil nuclear energy projects enabling a low-carbon, secure energy future.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team across engineering, digital, data and AI domains.
• Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across the nuclear lifecycle.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to business development.
