NSG Environmental Ltd is a long-established nuclear industry specialist seeking a Senior Consultant within Consultancy Services to provide senior level expertise across decommissioning, waste management and environmental restoration. You will lead complex projects and contribute to strategic advice for clients.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience, a proven track record in bids, and the ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualifications (e.g. BSc/MSc/PhD) - Essential
• Further qualifications such as APM, RWA - Essential
• Membership of a technical body - Desirable
• Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace or equivalent - Relevant training provided
• 7+ years relevant work experience in decommissioning, waste management or environmental restoration - Essential
• Authoring deliverables and leading work packages - Essential

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level consultancy across nuclear decommissioning and waste management projects.
• Win new work and manage bids, including proposals and pricing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the Consultancy Services team and ensure delivery quality and timelines.
