REFY is seeking a Senior NPD Lead (FTC) to steer day-to-day development of beauty products from concept through launch within REFY’s NPD pipeline. Reporting to the Head of NPD, you will translate creative direction and customer insight into differentiated products, coordinating across suppliers and internal teams in Manchester.

You will lead development across formula, packaging, shades and application, manage milestones and gates, and partner with Cross-functional teams to ensure quality,
