REFY in Manchester seeks a proactive Senior Graphic Designer who guards the brand and leads across print and digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Senior Creative & Design Manager to deliver campaigns and BAU assets, ensuring a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.

You will manage packaging, POS, social, and web visuals, mentor junior designers, and ensure print-ready artwork while staying on-trend with beauty. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing for beauty or lifestyle brands with branding, packaging, and POS.
• Experience in brand management and maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography and colour theory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative work across print and digital briefs with strong conceptual thinking.
• Create visuals for marketing collateral including web pages, social posts, packaging, and promos.
• Maintain branding consistency across channels per REFY guidelines.
• Design and manage content for executive presentations.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and retail teams to translate ideas into visuals.
• Lead and mentor junior designers and manage their development.
• Deliver print-ready artwork and meet deadlines with high quality.
• Stay ahead of beauty trends and share insights with the team.
