Job summary

REFY Beauty is seeking a Product Marketing & Education Executive in Manchester to lead global product education initiatives. You will develop scalable education tools, coordinate across UK, US, EU, and ME, and localise content for markets while partnering with Product, Marketing and Retail teams to maintain consistent knowledge.

You will own education projects from brief to delivery, support launches with education programs, and help shape product storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing/education ownership across multiple markets is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams, markets and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable global product education tools, resources and frameworks.
• Coordinate product education across the UK, US, EU and ME markets.
• Localise global education content for regional markets.
• Support development of product positioning, messaging and storytelling in education.
• Create and maintain education assets, training guides, documentation and digital resources.
• Manage education platforms and retail partner learning portals.
• Support product launches with education programmes and launch toolkits.
• Assist in-store customer experience with merchandising guidelines.
• Gather market feedback and track usage to improve tools.
