Position Overview:

We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of innovation, supply optimization, productivity, promotions, and maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio in the high-traffic EMEA region.

Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for approximately 600 SKU-level projects annually across multiple EMEA regions and manage relationships with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful implementation, both personally and through your team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, results orientation, team management skills, and experience in FMCG project delivery, motivated by a passion for the Monster brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead the scoping and delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs from concept to launch, coordinating multiple projects and managing risks.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 1-3 project managers, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews.
  • Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Audit project quality, address deviations, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Develop Influential Relationships: Build trust with stakeholders, understand their needs, and facilitate communication and conflict resolution.
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Streamline processes, promote efficiency, and embrace continuous improvement practices.
  • Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data tools to analyze performance, generate reports, and provide insights.
  • Contribution to Department Strategy & Engagement: Contribute to strategic planning and foster an engaging work environment.

About You:

  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience managing a team of 1-3 people.
  • Knowledge of NPD delivery in FMCG supply chains.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities.
