Position Overview:

We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of innovation, supply optimization, productivity, promotions, and maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio in the rapidly growing, high-traffic EMEA region.

Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for approximately 600 SKU-level projects annually across multiple EMEA regions and will own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global commercial and operational stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful implementation, both personally and through your team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, results orientation, team management skills, and experience in FMCG project delivery, driven by a passion for the Monster brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead scoping and delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs within the NPD portfolio, from concept to launch. Coordinate multiple projects, prioritize, and manage cross-functional teams across regions. Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure success.
  • Team Management: Line manage 3-5 project managers, providing guidance and support for successful project delivery. Mentor team members for performance and career growth. Conduct performance reviews and set objectives.
  • Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Audit project quality and process adherence, address deviations, and facilitate informed decision-making through thorough analysis and documentation.
  • Develop Influential Relationships: Build trust with commercial, operational, and external partners. Collaborate to understand needs and align project objectives. Use relationships to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Understand relevant processes, identify opportunities for streamlining, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data tools to analyze project performance, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribution to NPD Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to shape departmental strategy and foster an engaging environment.
About You:
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience managing a team of 1-3 people.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end NPD project delivery in FMCG supply chains.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and discipline.
  • Ability to optimize processes and manage risks effectively.
  • Strategic planning capabilities.
