We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for the delivery of approximately 600 (SKU level) projects annually across multiple regions within EMEA and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with Monster's local and global commercial and operations stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful project implementation personally and via your team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly organized, results-oriented, and tenacious project management approach, skillful team management, and experience in both upstream and downstream FMCG project delivery, motivated by a passion for the Monster brand.
