Position Overview:

We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high traffic EMEA region.

Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for the delivery of approximately 600 (SKU level) projects annually across multiple regions within EMEA and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with Monster's local and global commercial and operations stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful project implementation personally and via your team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly organized, results-oriented, and tenacious project management approach, skillful team management, and experience in both upstream and downstream FMCG project delivery, motivated by a passion for the Monster brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead quality scoping, and manage delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs within the NPD portfolio, from concept to launch. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adopting prioritization and phasing approaches to effectively deliver business objectives across multiple EMEA regions. Anticipate and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure program success.
  • Team Management: Line manage a team of 3-5 project managers, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery on time and in full (OTIF). Mentor and coach team members, conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and support career development.
  • Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Conduct audits of project quality and process adherence, address deviations, and navigate issues at strategic and detailed levels, offering thorough options analysis and high-quality documentation for decision-making.
  • Develop Influential Relationships: Build high-trust relationships with commercial, operational, and external partners to enhance project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, concerns, and priorities, and align project objectives accordingly. Use relationships to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Understand departmental processes, identify opportunities to streamline and optimize commercialization processes, and champion continuous improvement through root cause analysis and project reviews.
  • Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis tools to gather, interpret, and report on project performance, generating insights and regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to NPD Department Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, provide insights on initiatives, and foster an engaging environment.
About You:
  • Proficiency in Project Management: Deep understanding of methodologies, tools, and leading project teams within a stage-gate process.
  • Team Management: Experience managing 1-3 team members, supporting their development.
  • End-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG supply chain from conception to delivery.
  • Data Analysis Skills (Excel / Power BI / SAP): Ability to analyze data, manage KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and align stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Discipline and Attention to Detail: Precise in project management and data handling.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to improve workflows and drive efficiencies.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proven ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Capable of developing and executing strategic plans.
