Position Overview:

Seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to lead our NPD commercialization team, managing 1-3 project managers and delivering an extensive pipeline of innovation, supply optimization, productivity, promotions, and maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio in the high traffic EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead scoping and delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs from concept to launch, coordinating multiple projects across regions, and mitigating risks.
2. Team Management: Manage a team of 3-5 project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance reviews.
3. Enable High Quality Team Performance: Conduct quality audits, address deviations, and facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Develop Influential Relationships: Build trust with stakeholders, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts.
5. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Streamline processes, embrace continuous improvement, and drive efficiency.
6. Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data tools to analyze performance, generate reports, and inform decisions.
7. Contribution to NPD Department Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate on strategic initiatives and foster employee engagement.

About You:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing teams and delivering end-to-end NPD projects within FMCG.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
