Job summary

M&G plc is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst in Stirling/Edinburgh to lead frontline risk oversight across Life business areas and third-party relationships. You will act as the Life NFR SME for Risk Framework application and provide guidance and challenge on the RCSA, Issues and Events, ensuring material risk are identified and escalated.

The role requires strong risk management knowledge, training delivery experience, and the ability to partner with first-line Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational/Non-Financial Risk and related control disciplines in financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance and processes.
• Experience designing and delivering Risk Framework guidance and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 2LOD oversight and Line 1 Risk engagement across Life areas and third parties.
• Serve as the primary Risk Framework contact for Life business areas and stakeholders.
• Act as Life NFR SME for Risk Framework application and MetricStream usage.
