- Review governance materials for products and propositions, ensuring risk and customer outcomes are clearly addressed.
- Challenge investment strategy, ALM positions and hedging impacts on product economics and risk.
- Oversee reinsurance, risk sharing, and liability management with focus on governance and controls.
- Monitor market, regulatory, and business developments affecting product risk and governance.
