Qualifications

• Be an established Non-Contentious Construction Partner with a strong market profile.
• Have extensive experience advising on construction and engineering projects, development and associated agreements.
• Have an established client following and a proven track record of generating work.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the Birmingham and wider Midlands market.
• Have strong relationships with developers, contractors, funders, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent business development and networking skills.
• Be commercially astute and confident in developing both existing and new client relationships.
• Have the ambition to play a significant role in the continued growth of the construction practice.
• Be comfortable working within an international firm and able to leverage a wider national and international platform for clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues across the firm's national and international network.
