Job summary

Michael Page’s Construction team is seeking a talented construction lawyer with around 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing practice advising on some of the UK’s most significant development and infrastructure projects. The role covers non-contentious construction matters and offers clear career progression.

You will advise throughout the full project lifecycle, from procurement strategy and project structuring to drafting construction documents and supporting complex development transactions,

Qualifications

• Be a qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Trained and/or practised at a respected City, regional, or national law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters across sectors.
• Handle procurement strategy, project structuring, and drafting construction documentation.
• Support complex development transactions and collaborate with real estate, banking & finance, projects and renewables teams.
