Michael Page’s Construction team is seeking a talented construction lawyer with around 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing practice advising on some of the UK’s most significant development and infrastructure projects. The role covers non-contentious construction matters and offers clear career progression.

You will advise throughout the full project lifecycle, from procurement strategy and project structuring to drafting construction documents and supporting complex development transactions,

Qualifikationen

• Be a qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Trained and/or practised at a respected City, regional, or national law firm.

The Construction team is recognised in the legal directories for its expertise in non-contentious construction matters and advises on a broad range of high-profile projects across the UK. These include:

• Large-scale regeneration and mixed-use developments
• Residential and commercial development projects
• Logistics and industrial schemes
• Major infrastructure projects
• Energy and renewable generation developments

Description

You will work on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters across a variety of sectors, including:

• Mixed-use and residential developments
• Commercial and logistics projects
• Infrastructure projects
• Energy and renewables developments
• Retail and real estate ventures

The role will involve advising throughout the full project lifecycle, from procurement strategy and project structuring through to negotiating and drafting construction documentation and supporting complex development transactions.

You will also work closely alongside colleagues in real estate, banking & finance, projects, and renewables teams, providing exposure to high-calibre clients and market-leading work.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE
• Have strong experience in non-contentious construction law
• Have trained and/or practised at a respected City, regional, or national law firm
• Be confident advising on development and infrastructure projects
• Be comfortable working on complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders
• Possess excellent drafting, technical, and client relationship skills
• Be ambitious and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the practice

Job Offer

• Salary of £120,000 to £145,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Pension and healthcare benefits.
