Michael Page Legal is seeking a Non-contentious Construction Solicitor with 3–6 PQE in London to advise lenders on development projects. You will work closely with the lender and real estate teams, handling development finance transactions, risk analysis, and security packages to support funders.

The role involves negotiating contracts, warranties, and security provisions, while enabling cross-sell opportunities across property and finance practice areas.

My client is an established City of London law firm provides legal services to both commercial and private clients, with particular strength in property-related work and secured lending.

Description

The successful candidate would be advising lenders on development projects, sitting closely alongside the firm's lender and real estate teams rather than operating in a pure construction silo. This offers exposure to:

• Cross-selling opportunities across property and finance teams
