Michael Page Legal is assisting a London-based law firm with a construction-focused solicitor role. You will advise on construction matters within commercial real estate and development transactions, drafting contracts, and managing client relationships from day one.

The role requires approximately 2–4 years PQE in non-contentious construction law, with training in construction or real estate practice. You will work closely with partners on complex matters and high-profile projects.

Qualifications

Approximately 2–4 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.
Trained and qualified within a recognised construction or real estate practice.
Commercially minded with strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

Draft building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary construction documentation.
Advise developers, investors, landlords and occupiers on construction-related risks and project delivery.
Support large-scale development, regeneration and investment projects.
Collaborate with real estate and commercial teams to deliver practical advice.
Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships.
