Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a compassionate Senior Night Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities during night shifts. You will help them live independently by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

We provide a company vehicle for transport, a competency framework, and opportunities for pay progression. Starting rates are £14.74–£16.87 per hour, with fully funded DBS checks and a focus on staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and enthusiastic care provider.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue development.
• Full UK driving licence or experience driving in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Support the use of the company vehicle for transport to activities and appointments.
