Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Senior Night Life Practitioner for Suillean House in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives by assisting with daily activities and joining trips into the community.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for a Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Suillean House in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more. Starting rates are £14.74 and for those with experience it’s £16.87. Level 1 - £14.74, Level 2 - £15.77, Level 3 £16.87. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
