Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Team Leader for our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, leading night teams and ensuring safe, meaningful activities and community outings.

Role involves coordinating nightly care, transport via company vehicle (driver licence required) and progression through our competency framework to increase hourly rates.
