Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a compassionate Senior Night Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities during night shifts. You will help them live independently by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
We provide a company vehicle for transport, a competency framework, and opportunities for pay progression. Starting rates are £14.74–£16.87 per hour, with fully funded DBS checks and a focus on staff wellbeing.

As a Senior Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more. Starting rates are £14.74 and for those with experience it's £16.87 Level 1 - £14.74, Level 2 - £15.77, Level 3 £16.87 You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
