Job summary

Tarka Talent Ltd, on behalf of a fast-growing HealthTech organisation, is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end NHS transformation programmes and deliver measurable benefits.

You will work with NHS Trusts, senior stakeholders and delivery teams in a remote-first environment with travel to client sites fully expensed. If you excel at consulting and programme management, this is a strong growth opportunity.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting.
• Experience delivering healthcare or NHS transformation programmes.
• Proven programme management experience, including technology implementations.
• Experience leading operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management at director and executive levels.
• Previous people leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation and technology implementation programmes from mobilisation to benefits realisation.
• Manage multiple senior stakeholders, including Directors and executive leadership teams.
• Deliver operational transformation projects across NHS organisations.
• Lead, coach and develop project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyse programme outcomes and present recommendations to senior audiences.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and technical teams to deliver lasting change.
