New Business Sales Executive Field Based
Salary £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Location: Field Based - Ideally within a commutable distance to Bristol or Milton Keynes

Are you a proactive sales professional ready to progress within the thriving hospitality and Catering sector?

We re working with a fast-growing business that s leading the way in supporting UK hospitality venues with essential non-food consumables. They are now looking to expand their sales team with a passionate New Business Sales Executive who s ready to make an impact in a consultative, field-based role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, has an eye for opportunity, and isn t afraid to get on the phone and lead meetings with prospects.

The Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, HubSpot).
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across the hospitality industry.
  • Book and lead discovery meetings and product demonstrations (initially supported, then independently).
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using a CRM.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to target new markets and sectors.
  • Craft compelling sales content and messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Qualify inbound leads and support account development.
The person
  • Energetic, driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with digital sales tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot.
  • Able to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
  • Background in hospitality or foodservice is a plus, but not essential.
  • Ideally, field sales or B2B business development experiance.
