Job summary

Held Health Limited is seeking an experienced clinician to join a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. You will perform neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments for ADHD and Autism across multiple pathways, including RTC and a developing private pathway.

The role emphasizes structured assessment, clinical interviews with families, and integrated diagnostic decision-making. You will work within defined clinical pathways, contribute to governance, and deliver feedback and psychoeducation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in ADHD and/or ASD diagnostic assessment pathways in children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structured diagnostic assessments of children and young people
• Conduct focused clinical interviews with young people and families
• Review and integrate developmental histories, school reports, and informant questionnaires
• Establish diagnoses relating to ADHD and/or ASD and co-occurring conditions
• Work within defined ADHD and/or combined ADHD/autism pathways
• Provide structured feedback and psychoeducation to families
• Produce clear clinical reports with rationale and recommendations
• Collaborate with MDT and service for case discussions and governance
