• Ability to diagnose complex incidents and restore services quickly.
• Strong automation and scripting capabilities for operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and Wi‑Fi devices.
• Diagnose and prioritise complex incidents; investigate root causes and restore live services.
• Utilise enterprise monitoring and SIEM tools to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Support enterprise network, security and infrastructure management to ensure resilience.
• Use scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate repeatable tasks.
• Coach and develop colleagues to raise operational capability.
