Job summary

TechOhana Ltd, in partnership with a major Telco, is seeking a Network Engineering Manager to own the architecture, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of a national-scale network. You will lead a 10+ engineer team and drive automation and source-of-truth-based operations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep service-provider networking expertise, and hands-on experience in delivering network automation into production.

Qualifications

• Real depth in service provider networking, able to mentor engineers and challenge designs with confidence.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, MPLS or segment routing, IGP and IPv6 across a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience leading an engineering team and delivering network automation into production.
• Practical automation tooling experience, Python, Ansible, NetBox or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the network architecture and roadmap end-to-end for a large-scale national network.
• Lead a team of 10+ engineers and drive high-performance delivery.
• Act as senior escalation point when issues arise and ensure rapid resolution.
• Spearhead the automation agenda and transition to source-of-truth-driven operations.
