Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a 3rd Line Network Engineer in the Manchester/Warrington area with hybrid flexibility (one day from home). You will handle complex network escalations, firewall migrations, and SD-WAN projects across a multi-customer MSP environment.

You will work with Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki and other vendors, owning network changes from design through to resolution while communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong networking fundamentals with practical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience delivering network changes and projects, not just ticket resolution.
• Full UK driving licence for customer-site work.

Responsibilities

• Work across LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN.
• Troubleshoot and implement network changes for multiple customers in a MSP environment.
• Plan and document implementations, rollbacks and handover for projects.
