Job summary

CRG TEC is seeking a 3rd Line Network Engineer to join its MSP/MSSP team, delivering complex networking solutions and owning escalations. You’ll take responsibility for network changes, design and deployment, and act as the technical lead in multi-vendor environments.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless and SD-WAN, with direct customer interaction and project delivery responsibilities. Hybrid UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with LAN/WAN networks and network devices.
• Experience delivering network projects and changes.
• Full UK driving licence for field work.
• Previous MSP/service provider experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex networking escalations and implement changes.
• Design, plan and document network deployments and migrations.
• Work across multiple vendors and technologies.
• Liaise with customers to explain issues clearly.
• Support firewall replacements and SD-WAN projects.
