Job summary

You will operate within a high‑availability setting, lead complex incidents, and contribute to network design and automation initiatives. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Experience supporting on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Strong incident response and problem‑solving in business‑critical settings.
• Understanding of availability, performance, resilience, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and optimise FNZ’s enterprise network infrastructure.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex network incidents and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, availability, and connectivity problems.
• Support lifecycle management including upgrades, patches, and infrastructure refreshes.
• Contribute to design and delivery of network solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with architecture to implement tooling and capabilities.
• Document procedures and drive automation to reduce manual tasks.
